Our membership ought to include all who suffer from alcoholism. Hence we may refuse none who wish to recover. Nor ought A.A. membership ever depend upon money or conformity.
Any two or three alcoholics gathered together for sobriety may call themselves an A.A. Group,ᅠ provided that, as a group, they have no other affiliation.

At “Gratitude Hour” we gather together to express appreciation and thankfulness for all that is good in our lives.
Gratitude is an uplifting attitude. Grateful people are more tolerant, loving and giving. People are generally happier when they have gratitude in their hearts. We cannot be bitter, resentful, or mean-spirited when we are grateful. As we cultivate a grateful attitude, we are more likely to be happy and spiritually strong. Gratitude gives us a better life, attitude, health and energy.
Join us to share your stories and record them in our Book of Gratitude.
Private rehearsal.

Marijuana Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share our experience, strength, and hope with each other that we may solve our common problem and help others to recover from marijuana addiction.
The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using marijuana. There are no dues or fees for membership. We are self-supporting through our own contributions. MA is not affiliated with any religious or secular institution or organization and has no opinion on any outside controversies or causes. Our primary purpose is to stay free of marijuana and to help the marijuana addict who still suffers achieve the same freedom. We can do this by practicing our suggested twelve steps of recovery and by being guided as a group by our twelve traditions.
Marijuana Anonymous uses the basic 12 Steps of Recovery founded by Alcoholics Anonymous, because it has been proven that the 12 Step Recovery program works!

We work to improve access and effectiveness of care through promoting policies and practices which integrate NADA-style treatment with other Western behavioral health modalities.

Having a personal practice of silence, stillness and simplicity is important to developing self knowledge. Every great spiritual tradition has taught this as the basis of wisdom. Meditation gives us access to deep silence, and to the infinite richness of the shared and compassionate reality which lives within and between us. We meet weekly Tuesdays after lunch for on hour to share both the practise of sacred silence and our reflections on it.

Led by Karen and Brenda. Everything you hear about art as great therapy is very true! Folks walk in with all kinds of things on their minds and once they get involved in a sketch or painting, all worries and troubles tend to disappear for a while... and sometimes can even magically give us a better perspective. Art helps us shift our focus on creating, recreating, and expressing ourselves.
For beginners (who may believe they have no talent) to full-time artists, this group is for you if you would like to lose yourself in the good vibe of sketching, painting and conversation. Drop-ins are welcome. All materials are supplied, but feel free to bring your own.
